Replacing An Airbag Sensor

when you replace an air bag sensor how long before the light goes away?

might try unhookin battery for 10-20 mins and then seeing if it goes away, if not you might not have replaced the right one OR theres still more problems. normally it would go out right away once you start the truck back up

ya i think i got the right one. onstar told me it was the front sensor#1 so i replaced the front driver side i just didnt know if it would go out right away thanks
