2011 Rear Bumper Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the rear bumper plastic pads and back up sensors iam removeing the bumper to be powder coated black just looking for some info on makeing the job a little easier with out breaking anything thanks

I read on here before that if the sensors are unplugged with the battery connected you may get an error on the DIC for them that will require a dealer visit to recalibrate them.

I didn't have sensor. When I powdercoated mine I pulled plastic off a bunch of clips from back side a long flathead screw driver works. When They are off you drill out the rivets and pull end cap off. Then when its done you Just pop rivet It back on. I used the same factory ones from GM cost like 25$
