2003 Brake Light Problem

2003 Chevy Silverado

 

Both brake lights are not working, but the center high mounted stop light does work. Have replaced the bulbs, both fuses, cab and engine bay, and replaced the junction box in the rear. The turns signals, tail lights, and the hazard lights work, but not the brake lights.

 

Could the brake light switch be bad?
