Blinker Relay?

My 2006 2500's left blinker is blinking real fast. The right blinker blinks normal.....What's the problem? I have always heard that's a problem with the relay? Any truth to that?

Are both your front and back bulbs working? If one is out they will blink faster

One of your bulbs is out. Keep in mind that it could be a real small bulb on the side of the front or rear (06 GMCs still had the single yellow bulb for tail lights) that is out and not the main big bulb.

Like noted above you most likely have a bulb that has burned out or the bulb socket has failed and giving the same result.

Make sure your light fixtures are water tight.. no condensation / rust in the fixture / socket.

wd40 will help get some minor amts of moisture out out of the socket but does not fix the real problem.
