Emergency Brake Not Working

Was engaged before I left to work, I pulled the handle it popped right up to where it usually goes, drive to work put truck in park and try to engage the e brake and its not even budging at all. Never dealt with a problem like this so any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind it fixed its self, good ol' Chevy's :)
