Returning Member, Couple ?'s

Have not posted in a really long time but I recently purchased a 2005 Sierra Denali and am wondering about the factory soft tonneau cover on it. I cant get it on and off without a major struggle, seams there is a tab broke on the drivers side but still doesnt seem right. Also the cross bar supports are damaged not sure of a replacement p/n? Ready to throw it away and buy a access cover like i had on my '03. Also the rear bumper is getting its typical rust on the backside but is starting to bubble the paint and not sure what to do, If i paint it guessing it will happen again?. I had asked a long time ago about a muffler from corsa instead of buying the whole $900 cat back system and never got a response, seems as thought the 6.0 w/ crew cab resonates alot more so this makes me nervous. I also had a wait4me tune and seems as tho the black bear is the fan favorite lately, not sure how many guys have it in the 6.0? Also looking at new intakes. Any help would be appreciated.
