Is Gmpp Exhaust Same As Corsa?

I think I am going to bite the bullet and get a Corsa Sport exhuast..Love the sound... I have read that the GMPP worked with CORAS for the exhaust. Just want to make sure that if I can get great deal on GMPP that it will sound like CorsaSport... Thanks in advance for your help

I believe Corsa made the GMPP in the beginning, then around 2005 Borla took over production because Corsa refused to put the GMPP logo on the muffler. Recently Corsa has taken over production of the GMPP exhaust again.

I believe Corsa made the GMPP in the beginning, then around 2005 Borla took over production because Corsa refused to put the GMPP logo on the muffler. Recently Corsa has taken over production of the GMPP exhaust again.

I have the Borla version of the CMPP exhaust. When borla made them there was the "touring" version and the "performance" version.. I have the performance version, its still a pretty mild tone, the touring would be no louder than a stock escalade exhaust.. I love mine and wouldnt trade it for a corsa or any exhaust for that matter.

The difference in the Borla made GMPP touring and performance muffler is the touring muffler is 4 inches longer.

GMPP exhaust = BORLA.

My dad has the GMPP performance exhaust on his 2008 Silverado V-Max and it sounds great. The only problem is the drone in the cab at highway speeds, pretty annoying IMO.

If you want the GMPP exhaust, go wit hthe Borla, it costs less than the GM branded one.

Does GMPP or Borla make a sport or touring. Love the sound of the Corsa Sport. Have gone on youtube and listened to several clips.Does Borla sound like Corsa sport. Borla a couple hundred dollars cheaper.

Borla is a packed muffler. Corsa uses reflective sound cancellation. They get rid of the bad sound and keep the good sound with absolutely no drone.

As stated befor, gmpp was borla and is now corsa again.
