Truck Missing On First Start Up

My engine on my 2011 GMC with 6.2 is missing for about 10 or 15 seconds on first start up in the morning and then it smooths out. Dose it starting with the key or remote start. It kind of lopes like it has a big cam in it. No check engine light. Anyone else experiencing this on your truck. Thanks in advance for any info!!

What gas octane are you running? If your running 87, then thats your issue. I've heard several complaints with guys who have the 6.2L trying to run 87 octane when the truck calls for 91 or better. I've ran mine on a few tanks of 89 without issue but I wouldn't/won't run 87.

mine was starting to do that in the winter... ended up with three trips to the dealership in a month got my throttle body replaced
