2 weeks ago I baught a 1995 5.7L v8 chevrolet 1500, it has 335,000k on the odometer, I put it on the road 2 days ago, it ran great, I took it 200km on the 401 and had no problems at all.

Later that night I went home on my lunch, had no problems, parked it again then when i came out in the morning a couple hours later, I started it, and it started but then stalled almost immediately, and it would kind of keep spuddering like it wanted to stall, black smoke was coming from the exaust, I drove it through the parking lot and it calmed down after a while, then took it down the street and it ran fine, I shut it off for about 15 minutes then restarted it, and it started up fine, drove great on the way home (only 10 minute drive).

So later that day I try to start it, and it started but died right away, now if I wanna keep it running I have to give it gas or it shuts off.. any help is GREATLY appreciated

I thought that aswell, but when I take off the carb and pump fuel you can see the little gas sprays so I think it's getting fuel

A bad fuel pump will NOT cause a fuel flooding type concern, as you describe it.

Check for vacuum leaks. If not, you might have a map or coolant temp sensor issue. You could also have a leaking injector, as well.
