I have a 2003 Silverado and blower does not work on any speeds, I already replace resistor and wiring, I have power at the motor but still does not work, worked fine one day then the next not, any help would be great.

Are the motor leads measuring 'open' or in the megaOhm range? It might be you opened a winding or your brushes have an issue.
