Autocal Tuner

I'm a pretty savvy tech guy but this autocal has got me spinning for some reason. I'm using windows XP running inside a Mac computer. I've installed the updated software and see the program but my autocal isn't recognized and throws out error codes. I followed the instructions on blackbear's website to no avail. Anyone else have similar problems or have suggestions? Trying to load my maps and store them.

 

BTW, my windows parallel works perfectly and everything (tunes) is stored there.

Your vehicle can't just lose a tune, it has to be flashed over. Many folks notice a change in performance when changbing fuels or when gas stations switch from summer blends to winter blends. We also recommend folks clean their MAF and throttle body when there is a noticeable change in performance. Tunes don't change over time, usually it is just the normal life of a vehicle- cleaning will definitely help.

I would recommend sending some new logs, there may be something mechanical that we can point out from them. Like I said, tunes don't just go away, there has to be something else going on.

Collect a log file using the autocal
