1988 Tilt Steering

JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO TIGHTEN MY TILT STEERING COLUMN STEP BY STEP ???

There are some screws that like to come loose deep in the column. You will need a steering wheel puller, a tool to remove the lock plate, and a small slide hammer to remove some pins that have I think 10-32 threads in them.
