New Gmc Hd3500 Owner With ?'s

Hi guys, i just purchased a new GMC HD 3500 that the misses will pick up on Wednesday. Anyways the dealer sent me some pics of my truck last night and one of them has me a little curious as to what I am seeing. Can anyone tell me if there's an additional brake light near the bottom of the bed/lower p[art of tailgate on the 2011 HD 3500 GMC ? Here's a picture, a friend from the board tells me his Silverado is not like this.

Is it a dually? If so there is a strip with 3 marker lights on the back. I think its a federal regulation or something since the duallies are so wide. There should be 2 marker lights on the rear fenders too.
