radio button backlights

Has anybody had there backlights on the radio preset buttons go out? Is there a fix here, or is it somthing to be expected, what do all you guys know on them, I'm pretty good with stuff, but never tore down a newer stereo yet, kinda dissapointed they went , plus it looks bad .  Any ideas?? thanks.

I took my radio apart last weekend i have one light bulb burnt out behind #2 & #5

The bulbs are soldered in on a  printed circuit board so i just left it .
