Back Up Sensors With Hitch

I have a pintle hitch on the back of my truck which does not allow the back up sensors to work, does anyone know a way around this?

aftermarket sensors, or a backup camera on the tailgate handle bezel.

You can disable them. Unhook negative battery cable, remove fuse for sensors, wait 5 min and then hook cable back up. Computer will see fuse is missing and will not think it has sensors installed. This allows you to leave hitch in without having the message all the time

Note, this procedure will COMPLETELY disable the rear parking assist system all together.

I want them to work with the hitch but i guess thats not possible.

No, you will not get a rear park assist system to "look past" a hitch of that size.
