Dashboard Digital Read Out Dsiplay

MY dash board seems to be haveing two different but possible related problems. They both started sporatically and over time, now seem to be constant.

Dashboard digital read out panel, Constantly rolls thru all different types of messages, going from one language to another - never stopping. When pushing the buttons on the steering column nothing changes the read out panel continues to change constantly. When I push the button on the dash (ie to check milage) same thing no responce it just goes back to panel constantly changing. Hvae not been able to read the odometer reading for some time now. The other issue I have noticed is that when I leave the car, the radio, dash lights etc stay on and do not shut off. I have shut the car off left it gone into a store, have come out over time and find the radio and dash still on. Sometimes it shuts offf on its own sometimes it stays on for a long time sometimes only for a short period.

I have also noticed that at times if the car has been sitting and seemingly everything is off. If i look inside at the dash board the digital panel will come on for a few minutes go thru a range of messages and then go off.

 

It seems to happen more frequently the hotter it gets outside (I live in Florida - Hot and Muggy) and then there are times when the amazing happens and everything seems to work fine for awhile.

 

Any suggestions? Need a new Cluster? Anyone else have any similar problems?
