Hi my name is james and we have a 2003 denali. it was in an accident where someone drove up on the receiver hitch almost tearing it from the vehicle. the problem i have now is after it was repaired it drives like a truck that is jacked up with what basically no suspension in the front end. it didnt ride like this before the accident and we have been told that it was repaired correctly. im thinking that the front end was stretched in the accident and did damage to the ride control system. the other problem i have is it was repaired at a gmc dealer and they say it was done correctly which i have a problem with as it didnt ride like this before the accident. anyone have any ideas?

Hey James; Perhaps you could trade the vehicle in to the GMC dealer that did the repair. You could tell them it is operating perfectly! Wish I could really help you, but I think your on the right page. Good luck!

No they didn't do anything to the front end but why would they even look as it was hit in the rear? There was frame damage done bc of the damage to the receiver hitch. It takes a lot of pressure to bend one to about 45 degrees from manufacturers assembly point
