cleaned throttle body

yea well i cleaned my throttle body on my 07 silverado with vortecmax. took the tb off disconnected air tube, and tps when i was in attemp to cleanin it. took the flap out too. put it back together hooked the wires up the air tube. ive checked so many sites ive checked the wires that go to the tps none are lose. checked the gasket between the tb and the intake manifold its good. it was runnin rough but my friend took the p1516 code off. it started running better but i had to do christmas shopping so i hauled ass to the store. well i started noticing that around bout 35 i was having to push harder on the brake pedal to stop. when i got out the first store started the truck and the rpms jshot up to 3000. ive even tried a sequence i saw run the truck for 3 min turn it off for 3mins repeat 2 more times. needless to say i need help and i dont have much money so i would rather do it myself.

When I cleaned my 08, It had an erratic fast idle until I put around 50 miles on it and it relearned and was fine.

You can try disconnecting your battery for a bit to cause the system to reset to original parameters then it will begin the re-learn
