Factory Command Start

Hey, I was wondering if there is any way to make my 2008 Sierra run for longer than the preset 2 X 10 min warmup periods.That time is ok for -10C but when it's -35C with a wind it won't cut it.

Run out and turn the key to "Run"....

 

Yes I'm just being smart. Sorry I do not have any ideas for you. I never had remote start and every morning when I still lived in Alaska I would walk out & start the vehicles & then come back in, sucks when it's -30F. I feel for you.

What i have done when its real cold was lets say you need to leave at 330, start the truck at 300, then again at 320. It lets the heat kinda spread and start warm stuff up. Or at least in my minf works a little better
