As promised (though it took a lot longer than I anticipated) we've posted an installation video for adding the Advent OGM-1 to the LT style dash:

Walt, do you ever sleep?

Sleep's overrated. You can't get stuff done with your eyes closed!

Great video.

Was that a different truck that you were in when you were showing clean up? I saw one button under the HVAC controls when you tore it apart, and four buttons when you put it back together.

Awesome! Thanks Walt. This will be happening to my truck, a 2011 SLE very soon.

Was hoping to install friday but just got an email from UPS saying "delayed due to inclement weather"...

Dammit!

Thanks for busting my b@lls guys! You're observant!

When I initlally did the video, it was raining and nasty, and I thought that I had all the clips in the can so to speak, but when I got home, I realized that the camera never turned on during the removal phase. DAMN!

So, I went out over the weekend and grabbed another truck from my local dealer solely to do the removal and cut it into the video.

The removal and reinstall's the same...

Walt, this video may explain why i have a larger gap on the left hand side between the dash trim bezel and the top of the radio then on the right....i didn't move the bottom trim panel down....going to try now!

The little details make a world of difference. That's why we make the big bucks!

Being in sales myself, I know how much effort and time it takes to keep customers happy after the sale. While it doesn't generate any more income, it does turn people into repeat customers! Now I just can't wait for my camera kit to get here (Monday)!

First question. How much, and where can I buy?

Second question...Is the factory locking tailgate cylinder easily swapped into your back up camera unit. If not...Can the existing cylinder be removed to get coding?
