2002 Yukon, No power to Daytime Running Lights

2002 Yukon here. No power to my daytime running lights. I noticed they were not working so I went to replace the bulbs and the bulb sockets broke to pieces when I pulled the bulbs out. So,I put brand new bulb sockets and bulbs (4114) in. Before I spliced in the new bulb sockets I checked for power with a DVM and there is no power. That is with the truck running and the light switch on auto. Plenty light outside so the headlights were off. The fuse for the Daytime running lights is good. Is there some sort of relay that could be bad? The headlights work fine.

IIRC they are off when the truck is in park.

Make sure you are checking when they are supposed to have power
