What decals are you talking about? And what are you painting? The only decals I know of are on the rear bed sides and I'm not sure what you would be painting?

I think he meant the bowtie emblems. The tailgate emblem is easily removed and tossed. The grille emblem looks great painted. Simple duplicolor works great... depending on what color you have.

Hi…if you want to remove front and rear decals why don’t you try Wonder Wheel, this stuff is really good and it removes all types of decals. What I like best is that it is made of soft rubber which means that it is gentle on your vehicle and safe to use on all surfaces. To remove vinyl signs or stickers, you may use the Wonder Blade, which is another great stuff by these guys.

Here’s why I recommend Wonder Wheel:

  1. You’ll have the job done faster
  2. Wonder Wheel is a chemical free, so no skin reactions
  3. It is a scratch free product and can be used safely for large decals too

You can use the wonder products for cars, trucks, windows, boats, bikes.

The best part is that Wonder Wheel will not take off the paint while removing the decals, so no worries about getting your car repainted. There’s more information on their website: http://decalstickerremover.com/

However, if you want to paint your car white, it’d involve a lot of work to get it done properly, you will need to have your car sanded down, premiered and re-painted. If it is an old/ used car then you may go ahead with it, but if it’s not so old, then I would not recommend painting it white because the aftermarket paint is not as good as the factory paint. So, why don’t you order yourself a white car instead?

Coming back to decals removal, you can check the videos in http://decalstickerremover.com/ to know how to remove decals within 15 minutes, or read the Wonder story to see what other users are saying about the product.

I hope this helps you. Good luck!

Mike
