dirt in the bed

I have a Truxcedo bed cover and it is really water tight, but the dust makes a real mess of the inside of the bed. Does anyone have a good way to plug the holes that are at the top of the bed under the rail?

I'll bet most of the dust gets in aruond the tailgate.

Yea i would start around the tailgate, i get snow in back there.

Hello! There may be some dirt comming around the tail gate, but in my case it seems to be comming from up top under the rail. If you look under the rail you will see some large holes. If you go under the truck and look up they are open to in front and behind the wheel well.

 

Right now I am looking at some kind of a metal backed duct tape or a butal(?) seam sealer tape.
