Truck has 55K miles, 6th trip to dealer but that is another topic! :M16:

Got stranded last Friday night when my truck would not crank. Security light was lit. Had it towed to dealer and it had a blown 2A fuse labeled DLIS. I don't even know what DLIS stands for or how I should or could have known to check it when stranded!

They replaced the fuse and could not duplicate the failure again saying that they have no clue what caused the fuse to blow. They suggested replacing the ignition switch as a HAIL MARY repair for $187.00 which I declined. Total Cost $69 to replace a fuse, LOL!

Guess we'll see if it happens again. Has anyone else heard of this occurring?
