Electrical Issue 2000 GMC Safari

Hi to all, I have a 2000 GMC Safari (Astro) truck.

 

It has a few issue with how some of the lights operate. I'm guessing they may be related seeing they started about the same time.

• The turn signals work intermittently. Sometimes they flash normally and sometimes they flash slowly. Sometimes not at all.
  
• Same thing with the hazard lights.
  
• The interior lights stay on unless I press the dome override button.
  
• An oil service tech. told me my tail lights didn't work, but when I checked later they did.
  

 

Any advice on a course of action short of just taking it to a dealer would be greatly appreciated.
