Upgrades for 4L60E

I was driving down the road the other day and started to thinking about what mods I could do to my truck as parts wear out and get upgraded, and the thought of a 6.0 or a crate 5.3HO came to mind, plus the standard headers, customs exhaust, etc. Then I realized that all that would require some serious upgrades to the transmission.

I know I could just swap in a 4L80E with a little fabbing and engineering, but I just got my transmission rebuilt, and I was wondering if the upgrades they put in it would be sufficient to handle the power of a tuned 6.0 with a mild cam.

From what I recall, I got the following:

new clutches

an upgraded valvebody and new steel valves

New seperator plate

Transgo Shift kit

New HD torque converter (factory stall speed)

Fully forged (not welded) "Monster" sunshell

Im not sure if they upgraded the servo or not. That may have been part of the shift kit, but I honestly have no idea.

What other upgrades would it need?

These are just things I think about while driving those long stretches of highway.

usually the sunshell is the item to give out under alot of torque since you replaced with a pretty good part i dont see why it wont hold up.Theres some people running boosted 4.8's and 5.3's on a stock 4l60e they last about 2k with hard lauches and alot of abuse.
