ESC module location 95 C1500

I hope someone can help me with this. Engine is 4.3 with manual transmission.Truck runs rough like out of time, lack of fuel, no air. Get the code 43 and have changed both knock sensors. I disconnect battery to reset ECM and the engine runs like new for a few minutes and then back to the roughness. I can not find the ESC module so I can check wiring or ??? I have replaced fuel pump and filter, cleaned TBI, replaced plugs, checked and cleaned egr, replaced distributor cap, rotor, plug wires, idle control sensor. I know I can take it to a reputable shop or dealer. I just like doing it myself. I appreciate any help offered.

you could always have them diagnose the problem for you and then fix it yourself...If they come up with the same diagnosis as you just have them show you where they think the problem is under the hood and you should have your answwer and location.
