Anyway to Hide scratches

Recommended Posts

I am wondering if there are any tricks on hiding scratches on your truck. Touch up oqint sucks and makes it look worse. Getting it repainted costs a fortune. Any tips and tricks to help make it look better? Might be a dumb question but thought I'd ask. Thanks.

If it is through the paint, nothing but repaint or touchup. If it is just in the clear coat then some work with ScratchX will hide it by rounding the edges of the scratch. Also for clear coat scratches, sanding and buffing will work but you shouldn't do this unless you are sure you know what you are doing.
