Install bucket seats in silverado LT

I have an 08 silverado LT crew cab with a cloth interior non power seats, and I came across someone selling power heated leather bucket seats and rear bench from an 09 extended cab.

 

Are these a direct install to my truck??

 

The seller also has the console and the door panels.

Is the truck prewired for heated seats??
