Greetings all Figured I would intro myself:

Occupation : Network Architect for a Textile Co. 100 servers or so around 1400 users.

I still have the first truck I ever drove . Was driving it when it was new '79 and I was too (16). Bought it from my father when I turned 20. The beast and I have over 300,000 miles together. It has never left me stranded. Originally from Ohio currently living in North Carolina. I am a closet gearhead prefering to do all my own work. I also own an '88 monte' SS "last of the V-8's max" .

Me and the 'ol beast have sort of grown up together. Hauled my butt to school/work ( high school and college). Hauled me and some other scouts to guard drills for 10 years or so (. 4 in Ohio and 6 in NC. ( scouts out!) . Now it hauls me and my neice around town to get stuff for the house.

I am running a 4bolt goodwrench that has been bumped with a Comp cam , pete jackson geardrive, roller tipped rockers, edelbrock performer intake , headers and duals with Cats and Flowmasters. Runs around 300 and some change horses.

the tranny is a hughes TH-350 with redline clutches and kevlar bands ( kinda weird putting type "F" fluid in it) . it is hooked up to a B+M touquemaster 2000 converter. For a smog legal beast it runs VERY well. Had to do the smog gear, here in the city they test EVERYTHING!

At any rate there is sort of a "hip-shot" on me.
