That's funny. I am the 51C proponent. We just completed the spring 51C reclass board. The next is in May. Shoot me your email and phone number. I will tell you we look at 3 factors, performance, education, and time in service. Did you go to our homepage USAASC? If not go to it. Just google USAASC and it should pull up the United States Army Acquisition Support Center, it will have a SGT icon click it and it gives all the info needed to submit your packet.
