Passenger door trim

I have an 09 Silverado ext. cab with the aluminum looking plastic on the door rests where all the power buttons are.

 

However, the back doors only have a black plastic piece where the window button is.

 

Can I replace that black plastic piece with the same finish as the front doors?

Well, I did see them on a Silverado Crew Cab yesterday.

 

I wonder if the door handles are the same size as the Ext. Cab. models?
