Superchips Tuner and Remote Start

Hey All-

 

I've had a Superchips Cortex tuner for probably a little over a year now. Been using it with no problems at all and enjoy it. Maybe a month ago I had an Astrostart remote start put into it. Pretty sure I will never have a vehicle without remote start now! I love it!! Anyways, after getting that put in my Cortex tuner is not working. Either the tuner will just restart when trying to establish communications when tuning or it will say charge battery first. I have done that and made sure it was charged and still get the same results. I have also tried pulling the following fuses before tuning as suggest on the Superchips forum with the same results:

 

Radio
radio Amp
SEO-B1
SEO-IGN
INFO

 

I was hoping someone here might have some ideas or wondering if anyone else has run into this? I have tried shutting the remote start off with the toggle switch in the cab, same results.
