I've been reading all the topics in the forum, based on what people here say I'm going with the toyo's. can someone tell me what's the best size Toyo open country at2 I can go with on a 18x9 rockstar 0 offset. I have a 2" RC leveling kit enroute. Sort of confused I see some say 275/70r18 others say 285/65. I really don't need a 10 ply tire so I'm considering a 275/65 but I see following size listed on toyo's site 285/60R18 120S XL and I would like to go with it but I'm concearned with clearance. Really don't want to do any cutting. I currently have 17" on truck moving up to 18"

I have a 2011 LT Z71 4x4 extended cab.

Any thoughts or help would be awesome.post-122283-0-73216600-1368033851_thumb.jpg

Buddy of mine at work has 18x9s with 0 offset and his 285 60 18 terra graps rub in reverse. Nothing trimming won't fix

He drives a 07 nnbs ccsb with a 2.5" level btw

I have the same truck but in a crew cab. I just went through the same thing you are doing now. I have a 2.25" level kit and 1" bigger rear blocks. I went with the 18x9 Monsters +18 offset, with 265/70/18 AT3s. These tires are 32.64" tall but the same width as the stock tires were. This combo looks great to me, and flushed the tire out with the top of the fender walls. The stock tires and rims were inside the top of the fender by 1". The 0 offset will push your tires out past the top of the fenders by 1" or a little more.

The zero offset of your new rims is going to make things interesting. That being said, with a 2" level, the 285/60's should clear. You may have to trim a little plastic, but nothing major. 275/65's would be a safe bet. I'm running that size on my +18mm offset rims and have zero rubbing issues with my 2" level kit.

I have 285/65/18's on those wheels with a 2inch level and 1 inch larger block in the rear. Very minor rubbing in reverse at full lock.
