Can You Buy Custom Painted Grills?

I have an 06 Silverado 2500 and I was wondering if you can buy grills painted red like the one in the pic below. The red surrounding the actual 2 pieces of grill where the bowtie is and around. Is there a place you can buy this or do you have to go get it painted? Thanks for all the help!

you may find a few for sale but most either paint it themselves or take it and have it painted.

Im no painter. Id be worried id make it look like crap. I cant seem to find one for sale anywhere.

See I found this but they are different styles. Would this still fit? I dont mind switching styles but i want it to fit. Thanks for the help!

Yes it will fit. The grille inserts are different I believe.

Ok. They just look so much different. Like the same grill thats on my 04. The straight across bar style. My 06 is nothing like that its like the pic above. Thats why I ask. Id hate to spend the 250 and it not fit!
