resetting tps message

just purchased a 2013 sierra 2500 wt model. had a shop swap out the am/fm radio for a new gm radio with the cd/mp3 player. message popped up to check the tps system which i dont have since its a wt model. its coming from the radio i think and how do i reset that thanks

All vehicles from cars to trucks/SUV's models under 3500 from 2009-2010-on have the TPMS. That said, the should radio would not cause that in your truck, but I don't know how the system works through the radio on a work truck. If it does warn through the radio, the sensors were not programmed to the radio or the radio was not programmed right.

i figured it out as i just answered in my other post. put a set of takeoffs on the night before .they are gmc wheels but i know they dont have the sensors so they will be coming back off to have installed thanks

Put sensors in the new wheels and buy one of these
