Well I found a little Sierra Denali 6.2 pricing info from an email that might help those that can't get any from the dealer.

MSRP. Invoice. Dealer Cost

Base 46815

4X4 49965 46467. Aprox 45,200

6.2 1950 1755

BrakeCnt. 230 202

Shipping. 995 995

Short box add another $200+ for 6'6" bed. This is my info from Sept. prices.

Looks to me like GM has changed invoice to Dealer Cost and added a new interim price named Invoice to help the dealer with negotiating price. I'm a little out of touch on this but historically trucks carried a margin of 10% or more and then the other stuff like advertising allowance and parts credit give the dealer add'l profit.
