1997 Silverado "Bucks"

I have a 97 Chevy and after accelerating to highway speed when you let off the gas it "Bucks" real hard sometimes. depending on how fast you let off the gas. if you let off really slow if feels like its. gonna kick the transmission out the bottom. any ideas?
