Rear Brakes Drums?

Why the rear brake drums overheat? I replaced them, they not even adjusted and still overheat. I do have aftermarket brake shoes and drums and nothing is grinding or making any noise inside the rear drums. Thanks

E-brake cable frozen, or hardware is corroded preventing the shoes from retracting. Those are the more likely culprits, seeing that your right up the road from me. Salt baths galore in winter ....
