2013 gmc sierra 1500 speakers

hello guys,

 

i am a new member is this site and also a new owner of a 1500 sierra 2013 model ( crew cab )

i would like to know what are the front and rear door speaker sizes?? i know they are not as good as the bose speakers and i would like to replace them.

 

also mine is a fire red color model. is there anyone here who has the same model and has done any body customization?? i need some ideas !

I think it's 6 3/4..... I put 6 1/2's in mine

oh okiee...so all 4 speakers are of the same size?????

I think, on the crew, they are the same size. The extended cab has 5 1/4 in the rear 6 3/4 in the front.

crew cab is 6.5" front, 5.25" rear. i just made some custom 6.5" mdf rings/brackets coated in fiberglass resin to resist water. gonna swap 6.5s in the front and rear.
