I put my truck in 4wd tonight for the first time since back in deer season and I am hearing an unusual wine from the front end.  I know the usual noise the front end makes from being in 4wd but this noise just seemed louder than normal.  I usually engage the 4wd every month just to keep the front diff lubed but this just doesn't seem normal.  I've never changed the fluid, but I only have 33k on the truck, I wasn't going to change until 50k.  What do you guys think?

I would worry about it too much.  Climb under there and check your front gear box fluid and make sure everything is good.  They will make differenct noises in different weather, etc.  No biggy IMO
