Problem with '14 Silverado not running

New to the forum but have been looking for anyone that has had a problem similar to mine. I bought a crew cab LT Z-71 on October 1. No problems after 1500 miles and then one day the truck won't crank. I checked fuses and couldn't find anything wrong. About 2 hrs later tried starting again and it fired right up. Took to dealer who reflashed as part of recall. They thought that would correct any problems. 1 week later the truck dies on me as I'm driving down the interstate. Had it towed to dealer who had to contact Gm tech assist to figure out that the fuse block was defective. I'm being told that the replacement fuse block won't arrive until next week. So truck has been at dealer for two weeks and I'm frustrated that it's taken this long to repair. Why can't gm overnight the part? It's been a week since they determined the fuse block was the issue. Oh and my case has been escalated as high as they can to expedite things.

Sometimes parts just aren't available bro. It's a completely new truck and a lot of parts still aren't the warehouses yet. Just ask the guys with rear window issues...

Prior to this truck I had a 2000 Silverado that I put 225000 miles on. It only left me stranded one time when the fuel pump went out at 175000 miles. I love the new truck and all it's features I just hope that after this issue is resolved it will be as dependable.

It would be good practice for GM to pull parts from manufacturing to fix problems like these. I know these parts are on a shelf somewhere because the trucks keep rolling off the assy line.
