You would benefit from any type of fuel system cleaner like Lucas, but sea foam would work on your vehicle as well

 

Actually, you won't benefit from it in a modern direct injected engine. As the name implies, they inject directly into the cylinder, and therefore cleaning products will have no effect on carbon buildup in the intake runners or on valves, as it never sees the intake runner or exterior of the valve.

Thanks good read you can find a lot of good information in the F150 eco-boost form as well about direct inject Engines
