GM Chat and SE USA Tracking Update - not making sense

I contacted GM Chat on 10 Dec inquiring about my GMC SLT 5.3 CC.

I spoke to Emma and she said "I was able to find out that your vehicle is currently en route on a railcar. It was logged in Louisiana earlier this morning and is heading to our regional vehicle distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida".

 

I contact them again yesterday on 18 Dec at 5pm for an update.

I spoke to Serena and she said " I was able to see that your truck was logged in at 12:25pm today in Waycross, Ga headed for the VDC in Blount Island, FL to await transportation to the dealership."

 

Blount Island is actually Jacksonville. Are they telling me that it took 8 full days to get from Louisiana to Jacksonville or do they just really don't have a clue?

Go to the link below and look to the far right side of the page near the scroll up/down page bar and you'll see a red tab that says "Chat Now" on it. When you click on it a new web page should open and it will automatically connect to a live person that you can type back and forth with.

 

I've been using it throught the life of my order back on 15 Oct (still awaiting delivery 9.5 weeks) and it's been fairly accurate until the getting it from Mexico to the dealer part.
