I've heard recently about people getting some kind of refund from the government or something.  Does anyone have any more info on theis?  Someone also told me they knew how much they were getting.  Is there some kind of website or something that tells you this info?  I rarely watch the news or listen to it on the radio, if you couldn't tell already.  LOL

Thanks for any info.

I think www.msnbc.com has something on this.  It's the tax refunds for this year.  They base the mailing by the last four digits of your social security number.  Mine is pretty low, so I should get it pretty soon after they start mailing them.  I can't decide, tint the windows more of put on a cat back exhaust.  Decisions decisions!

Thnaks Kania2k1 and Newbie.  This isn't the "regular" tax refund is it?

I may be able to buy some goodies, but my wife will want to pay off a couple debts.  It's good either way.  LOL

Tom - Dont quote me but I believe its ? per person.

The paper today had a chart.  Looks like the lowest any person would receive would be ?.  The amount changes depending on what you paid in taxes and whether or not you are married.

Heres what i understood, but i might be wrong.

If your single and made more than ? in taxable income last year then you get ?.

If your married and filed Jointly, and your combined income was over ?,000 then you get ?

If your a single parent that made over ?,000 last year than you get ?.

I *think* that's right.

No, I've done something else.  I'll post a pic in the picture post forum later today if I get a chance to use our digital camera from work.

Dammit!  I thought it was the last four numbers, and not the last 2.  I'm looking at sometime in September.  Well, at least school will be paid by then, so I can blow it on the truck!
