From looking at the wiring diagram and from the conversations we've already had it seems to me that your problem is either at the connector or the actuator itself. Since you've tried two different actuators i'd check that connector closely. If you have a test light hooked up at the connector and hit the lock switch and the test lamp lights there's nothing wrong w/ the rest of the system. I still wouldn't mind seeing a picture of the actuator since the ones that I've looked at online don't have 3 connectors going to them. Dumb question but.....the door does lock manually correct?

Hoping I found something that someone can help ..I dont like to keep bothering anyone sorry in advance..I have a ground issue thats giving me problems ..I took the tan/blk unlock wire and grounded it and the actuator locked .so I just help with finding out where to find the ground wire to my passenger side door lock and I should be ok ..followed all wires and found no broken wires at all from door to inside body..looked at wiring dia and looks like cell 14 would be the ground ..does anyone know where I can find cell 14 plz ..thanks for well needed help

Went back and checked out the wiring diagrams again a little more thoroughly and here's what's going on. When you select the LOCK function the gry/blk wire provide power while the tan/blk wire provide ground. If you select UNLOCK the situation is reversed thus the gry/blk wire are the ground side and the tan/blk wire provide power. This problem does not begin w/ the origin of the ground point since there is only one aspect that is not working. I believe the problem is with the door unlock relay. The wiring between the relay and the actuator connector is obviously good or your unlock function would be inop as well. Pull the unlock relay and check for corrosion on the terminals. This would probably be a little easier to troubleshoot if you had a multimeter and the knowledge to use it. Furthermore don't worry about bothering anyone here....some of us enjoy helping others get the kinks out of their trucks.

One more thing....there are 3 relays and the unlock relay isn't clearly identified in the panel. Looking at the fuse panel cover It's the one at the bottom right side that says "see note" on it....

found out my passenger side door actuator is not getting ground to the grey lock wire ..grey is suppose to be hot when lock and tan is suppose to ground ..opposite when unlocking..stumped now :( so problem is with tan not grounding for grey 12 volt power

is the relay the ground for the door locks on inside fuse panel bottom righr dotted relay where is says see note ..is that the ground for the door locks inside or just key fob remote lock/unlock not that key fob does any different

GRAY is supposed to be Lock
TAN is supposed to be Unlock
That would be a Reversing Volts / Grounds

Lock = GRAY 12 Volts +....TAN will Ground -
Unlock = TAN 12 Volts + .....GRAY will Ground - this is what my problem is in a nutshell the TAN is not grounding for the GREY 12 volt wire to lock for some reason...

You don't follow directions very well do you? I know how it works and I've tried to help you but it's a little difficult without the cooperation from the person that has the vehicle w/ the problem. I've asked you to do something very easy, no results. I asked you which relays you swapped, no answer. Have you noticed I'm the only guy here that even gave a shit? Good luck with your problem.
