New Advent OGM1 Issue

I've had my OGM1 installed for over two years and a new problem has just started. First, I came back from a week in Oregon where I drove 16 hours each direction and things were fine. The truck has sat outside, undriven, for nearly three weeks. Today I took it to get the emissions tested and I noticed when the radio booted it took quite a long time and actually had a green then blue then red screens before the unit started it's normal boot (where I saw the normal first boot screen). Each colored screen was there for five seconds or so. Once it completely booted the physical buttons work but the screen buttons do not. I can't press the "next" button on the setup screen to reset the unit.

 

I did a quick search here but didn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

FYI, Audiovox asked me to send in the unit for repair.
