I was given a carfax report from the dealer (used auto - not GM) I bought the vehicle from but it didn't include any of those details. I have to bring the truck into the GM dealer later this week for another item anyway so I'll ask them to print out a report. I'm sure they'll oblige for a nominal fee.

You can call customer service GM and they will tell you over the phone what has been done for free...

The warranty work anyways for sure as well as any other reported repairs.
