The engine will make more power with premium fuel, since the timing won't be retarded to compensate for pre-ignition. However, It will run just fine on regular.

The Tundra most likely had a 4.10 or a 4.30 rear end. Sure makes that truck a lot quicker......and thirstier. :-)
