2014 2500HD, can't remove key sometimes

Strange issue. I've had the truck for 2 days now and twice in the few times I've driven the truck I've had problems with the ignition / key when parking it.

 

I put the truck in park, shut the truck off, but the key doesn't turn back all the way... only one click back so I can't pull the key out. Nor does the seat recline to it's "convenient exit" location.

 

I tried turning the key forward, then back... nothing, same problem. I turn the key forward, put the truck in drive, then back in park and then I can turn the key all the way back and pull it out...

Also try the second set of keys your truck came with .... See if same problem....

At least it could be just one set of bad keys or the ignition itself...
